" 14-0691 August 28, 2014 Christopher D. Rich Ada County Recorder 200 West Front Street Boise, ID 83702 RE: Southern Highlands Subdivision No. 1 Dear Mr. Rich: Central District Health Department has reviewed and does approve the final plat for this subdivision for central water and central sewer facilities. Final approval was given August 28, 2014. Sanitary restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied based on a review by a Qualified Licensed Professional Engineer (QLPE) representing City of Meridian and the QLPE approval of the design plans and specifications and the conditions imposed on the developer for continued satisfaction of the sanitary restrictions. Buyer is cautioned that at the time of this approval, no drinking water extensions or sewer extensions were constructed. Building construction can be allowed with appropriate building permits if drinking water extensions or sewer extensions have since been constructed or if the developer is simultaneously constructing those facilities. If the developer fails to construct facilities then sanitary restrictions may be reimposed, in accordance with Section 50-1326, Idaho Code, by the issuance of a certificate of disapproval, and no construction of any building or shelter requiring drinking water or sewer/septic facilities shall be allowed. We assert a federal easement 12' west and 18' east feet east of the Pierce Lateral centerline. Whereas this area is for the operation and maintenance of our facility, no activity should hinder our ability to do so. Fencing (as may be required) must be constructed just off. of Boise Project facilities, to insure public safety and prevent encroachments. Wording on the preliminary and final recorded plat needs to be noted that this development must adhere to Idaho Statutes, Title 42-1.209. Whereas, these easements are for the operation and maintenance of our facility, no activity should hinder our ability to do so. The Boise Project does not approve landscaping (other than grass) within its easements, as this will certainly increase our cost of maintenance. Project facilities and/or casements that parallel, and are within and/or intended to be within road right-of-ways due to any development of this property must be relocated 06/17/2014 11:16 2083441437 BOISE PROJECT PAGE 02/02 outside of road right-of-ways. Storm Drainage and/or street Runoff must be retained on site. Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement. Boise Project Board of Control requests an irrigation and drainage plan for .review. Whereas this property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District i.t is important that representatives of this development contact tb.e NMID office as soon as possible to discuss the pressure system prior to any costly design work. If applicable, the irrigation system will have to be built to specific specifications as set by the District / Project. Boise Project Board of Control must receive a written response from the Nampa - Meridian Irrigation District as to who will own and operate the pressure irrigation system prior to review and approval of an irrigation plan by Boise Project Board of Control.. Whereas this development is in its preliminary stages, Boise Project Board of Control .reserves the right to review plans and require changes when our easements and/or facilities are affected by unknown factors.
