We have read through both staff reports, and have received the letter from Jonathan Seel with WH Moore
Company. We will comply with all standard and recommended conditions as outlined in both staff reports. Also, we will
add the 25 -foot paved connection as requested by Jonathan Seel to the lot south of our site, and we do not have any
objections to his request for a five foot buffer strip when their site develops.
Tonight, I will plan to stand for any questions the Commission might have.
