We will comply with all standard and recommended conditions as outlined in both staff reports. Also, we will add the 25 -foot paved connection as requested by Jonathan Seel to the lot south of our site, and we do not have any objections to his request for a five foot buffer strip when their site develops. Tonight, I will plan to stand for any questions the Commission might have.
