Request for Continuance PZMachelle Hil From: I Tamara Thompson <tamara@thelandgroupinc.com> Sent: Wednesday, June 18, 2014 10:25 AM To: Bill Parsons Cc: Machelle Hill; Denise Lauerman Subject: RE: Kinsley Subdivision Bill, I am not available to attend the P&Z hearing this Thursday. Denise Lauerman will attend should the Commission have general questions. in general, we aren't stopped, we are moving forward, although at a snail's pace. The delay has been on DL Evans side in preparing a legal cross access and maintenance document for the HOA to review. The HOA is willing to talk but we won't know their position until they see the document and present it to the homeowners. Please let me know if there is anything you need from us before the hearing on Thursday. We appreciate staff's assistance and cooperation with the continuance. Thank you, Tamara From: Bill Parsons [mailto:bparsons@meridiancity.org] Sent: Friday, May 30, 2014 3:05 PM To: Tamara Thompson Cc: Machelle Hill Subject: Kinsley Subdivision Good Afternoon Tamara, Justin and I discussed your continuance and we are recommending continuing this project to the September 40' P/Z hearing. This should give your client adequate time to resolve the access issue. The Clerk's office will hold off re -noticing the project and apply the fees towards re -noticing the September 4"' hearing. You will need to attend the June 19'h and obtain Commission approval of the continuance. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.
