The District's easement for the Hardin Drain at this location is a minimum of sixty feet (60'), thirty feet (30') each side of the centerline. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site.
