A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April
15, 2014, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Genesis Milam, Luke Cavener, Joe
Borton and Keith Bird.
Members Absent: Charlie Rountree.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman, Bruce Chatterton, Caleb Hood, Warren
Stewart, John McCormick, Tracy Basterrechea, Mark Niemeyer, Robert Simison, and
Dean Willis.

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and start this evening's meeting. I would like to first
begin by thanking you all for being here with us. We greatly appreciate having faces out
in the audience. So, thank you. For the record it is Tuesday, April 15th. I will start with
roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 3 is adoption of the agenda.
Zaremba: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Rountree.
Zaremba: I move we adopt the agenda.
Milam: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as stated. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.

Zaremba: Second.

are out of Executive Session.
