Permit (CUP 10-015) to Allow an Additional 18 Months to Mine
Material from the Site and Complete the Reclamation and
Grading of the Site as Required. An Additional 60 Days to
Process and Crush the Mined Material Within the 18 Month
Period is also Required

Meeting of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of May 1, 2014, was called to
order at 12:00 p.m. by Chairman Joe Marshall.
Present: Commissioner Macy Miller, Commissioner Steven Yearsley, and
Commissioner Scott Freeman.
Members Absent: Chairman Joe Marshall and Commissioner Patrick Oliver.
Others Present: Machelle Hill, Ted Baird, Justin Lucas.
