Idaho Sand and Gravel Located South of W. Overland Road
and East of S. Ten Mile Road Request: Modification to the
Existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP 10-015) to Allow an
Additional 18 Months to Mine Material from the Site and
Complete the Reclamation and Grading of the Site as
Required. An Additional 60 Days to Process and Crush the
Mined Material Within the 18 Month Period is also Required
Approved with No Modifications -Prepare Findings of Fact
and Conclusions of Law
B. Public Hearing: RZ 14-003 Kinsley by DL Evans Bank Located
Northeast Corner of N. Ten Mile Road and W. Pine Avenue
Request: Rezone Approximately 3.42 Acres from L-O (Limited
Office) and R-15 (Medium High-Density Residential) Zoning
