PH Noticing CCCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of p.~11 on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application RZ 14-002 by CS2, LLC for Rezone of approximately 2.20 acres from the R-4 (Medium-low Density Residential) zoning district to the R-8 (Medium-density residential) zoning district; PP 14-003 for Preliminary Plat approval of ten (10) single family residential lots and four (4) common /other lots on approximately 1.96 acres in a proposed R-8 zoning district AND VAC 14-002 to Vacate the private drain field easement on Lot 2, Block 1 and note #6 platted with the Hearthstone Subdivision for Reardon Subdivision generally located on the southwest corner of W. Cherry Lane and N. Summertree Way. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is also available to view on our website at www.meridiancity.org at City Clerks Department/ Development Applications. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.
