Please contact Suzy Hewlett at 466-7861 for further information. All laterals and waste ways must be protected. The District's 10 Mile Stub Drain is tiled and courses within this area. The District's easement for the 10 Mile Stub Drain at this location is a minimum of sixty feet (60'), twenty-five feet (25') left and thirty-five feet (35') right of centerline (facing downstream). This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage leaves the site, the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans. Sincerely, M.
