The District's easement for the 10 Mile Stub Drain at this location is a minimum of sixty feet (60'), twenty-five feet (25') left and thirty-five feet (35') right of centerline (facing downstream). This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
