The District's easement for the Milk Lateral at this location is a minimum of thirty feet (30'), fifteen feet (15') each side of the centerline. This easement must be protected. The previous sewer modeling result dated 1/30/2014 will still sufficiently represent the capacity of the system, with the addition of Heritage Grove.
