RZ-13-013 & PP -13-032). The overall project encompasses approximately 14.69 acres located at 5555 North Locust Grove Road in Meridian, Idaho. The site currently houses an LDS Church and, as a part of this subdivision, the Church will be platted onto its own 9.53 -acre parcel, which remains in the L -O zone. The remaining 5.16 acres has been rezoned to R-8 to accommodate a single-family residential subdivision consisting of 21 buildable and 4 common lots. In total, the project will include 26 lots consisting of 21 buildable single-family residential lots, 4 common lots, and 1 Church lot. The final plat for this project is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meets the requirements and conditions of approval thereof. In addition, this final plat conforms with the requirements and provisions of the UDC, as well as acceptable engineering and surveying practices and local standards.
