common lots as well as the proposed end of Aspen Creek Drive.
Currently, I am a#ile to access tliesoiittiei-n 40 fleet of my Priijierty #hrough a gate that is on
Jones Creels Ln. Cit~pEanner~regllestei~ CS2.LL~provide a way_for the Jones+;or whoever has
since purchased their property) to ensure access "along the south bound~a~r~l". If that means that
the owners of Tories' property yvill be a[lovaed to ciiiitlnue to Have access through the cotrinion
lot an Block 2 of Reardon Subdivision, l respectfully rec}uest the same access.be granted to me
as well. If that is not the plan of access, l would appreciate knowing how CS2 LLC proposes that I
be able to access my gate and the southern chunk of lane! enclosed in my fence that has since

I too have surface irrigation water rights available #hrough Nampa-Meridian Irrigation district.
Unfortunately when Cherry Lane was extended, George Davis, then owner of~Lot 1 Block 1 of
Hearthstone Subdivision did not want the covered irrigation line brought in frdnt of his house as
he felt it might kill the trees he had planted along Cherry Lane. As a result, the irrigation water
was diverted down the east and south sides of hls property to come uphill on the west side in
plastic pipm`g to~durnp liac~ir-To the cavereciin-igatian that-contlr~uerat~ng Cherry Lane to my
access point. When I discussed this problem and potential solutions with fVl~ Unger, he became
very defensive that it would not be liis development's problem to fix. However, I see that he
has proposed a solution to lack of functioning irrigation to Lot 1 Block 1 of Hearthstone
Subdivision byinstel9ing_a~pressucizedsystem tathat iat and i wnuld.appreciatea_Rroposal from
