Proiect Narrative
L. C. Development, Inc., hereby applies for a property consolidation and boundary adjustment for
Parcels Nos. S 1225131250, S 1225131300, S 1225131350, S 1225131400 and S 1225233900 located
in Section 25, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. Recently
annexed with an R-4 zoning as part of the Victory South annexation (Ordinance No. 14-1594), the
applicant is consolidating five existing parcels into two parcels. The applicant is proposing to
develop only a portion of his property. The Sundell Lateral provides a natural boundary, as the
lateral is also the boundary of the sanitary sewer service area within which the remainder of the
property lies. The property boundary adjustment is necessary to consolidate and segregate the
parcels to match the topography and sewer shed. City of Meridian staff requested the property
boundary adjustment be submitted prior to the application for a preliminary plat.
The Record of Survey conforms with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared
in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local
standards.
