Dear Meridian City Planning & Zoning Commission,
My husband and I have purchased 1490 N. Jones Creek Lane, Meridian, ID 83642. This is an R-4
zoned parcel immediately South of the planned CS2, LLC Reardon Subdivision, located
southwest corner of W. Cherry Lane and N. Summertree Way, 4275 W. Cherry Lane, Meridian,
Idaho.
Justin Lucas, Planning Supervisor for the City of Meridian Planning office provided us a copy of
the Reardon Subdivision Development Project Plan. File No.: RZ 14-002 and PP 14-003. The
document states a Public Hearing is scheduled for March 20, 2014. Page one of the plans asks
that comments and recommendations be submitted to the City Clerk by March 13, 2014.
On behalf of ourselves John and Tammi Turpin, husband and wife, we are submitting this formal
letter stating we want to have the property named 1490 N. Jones Creek Lane remain accessible
from Cherry Lane via N. Jones Creek Lane.
Included in our Deed:
"Parcel II: Anon-exclusive easement for ingress and egress as created by an ingress/egress
easement between George B. Davis and Mildred L. Davis, husband and wife (Grantor) and Gene
Jones and Terri Jones, (Grantee), recorded May 25, 2000 as Instrument No. 100040637, records
of Ada County Idaho, over and across a 30 foot wide strip of land lying within the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at eht
Northwest corner of said Section 10; thence South 89 degrees 40'23" East, along the North
boundary of said section, a distance of 1,651.05 -feet; thence South 00 degrees 06'09" East, a
distance of 44.87 feet to the South right-of--way line of Cherry Land Road as described in
Warranty Deed as Instrument No. 94090609, records of Ada County, Idaho, the Real Point of
Beginning; thence South 00 degrees 06'09" East, along the West boundary of that certain tract of
land described as Instrument No. 574474, records of Ada County, Idaho, a distance of 299.58
feet; thence South 89 degrees 36'30" East, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees
06'09" West, a distance of 299.62 feet to the South right-of--way line of said Cherry Lane Road;
thence North 89 degrees 41'01" West, a distance of 30.00 feet, to the Real Point of Beginning."
