As stated in our letter, dated January 7, 2013 (should be 2014), to Gary Lawson; Nampa &
Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) cannot relinquish an easement it does no: hold.
NMID conducted an onsite inspection and confirmed it does not have any f~~cifMies between
the two lots (Lot 3 & 4 Block 3). Therefore it cannot relinquish an easement it d~.~es not hold,
