All laterals and waste ways must be protected. Water user facilities must be protected. All
municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site;

1. We have No Objections to this Proposal.

^ 7. This project shall be reviewed by the Idaho Department of Water Resources concerning well construction and

^ 13. Infiltration beds for storm water disposal are considered shallow injection wells. An application and fee must be
submitted to CDHD.
