This development is located on the South-side of McMillan Road and is approximately 250 feet west of Meridian Road. This development is 16~ acres and is zoned R-8, and already has sewer, water, joint trench, and pressurized irrigation stubbed to accommodate the density and use. This will be second time extension for this property. The last time extension for this development was extended to March 23, 2014. Unfortunately due to the downturn of the market during 2011 and 2012 the property was unable to be developed. Trilogy Development Inc. is planning on do the next phase this year, and has also submitted the next f nal plat and have a goal is to record that plat by the end of the year.
