Staff Report dated March 3, 2014.
Item:
2. Preliminary Plat
• Block length - We have added a 15' wide pedestrian path between lots 7 and 8
Block 3.
• Lot 22, Block 2 -Shifted property line to allow for 15' rear yard setback.
• Access -Lot 4, Block 1, we would prefer that pedestrians be allowed to utilize
the temporary emergency vehicle access as a pathway and would prefer to
install bollards or some other type of porous structure instead of a gate.
• Pathways - We have added a 15' wide pedestrian path between lots 7 and 8
Block 3 and 11 and 12, Block 2 for connectivity.
