Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 Re: Revolution Ridge Subdivision -Waiver Request Sundall Lateral To Whom It May Concern, On behalf of C13, LLC (Jim Conger), we are requesting a waiver from the UDC 11-3A-6A requirement to the the Sundall Lateral for the following reasons: The Sundall lateral is an irrigation lateral that crosses the southwest corner of the Revolution Ridge Subdivision. It is the developer's intent to leave the water way open and natural, because of the existing irrigation easement we feel that tilling the ditch would leave an unintended eye sore. The irrigation district would no longer have a reason to maintain the easement and it could potentially end up a weedy mess. The developer plans to clean up the general area of the ditch, retain and protect as many of the existing trees as possible and provide a visual amenity for the neighborhood.
