Falconers Place Subdivision
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced design review
application to amend the development agreement (Inst# 105152708) to change the
development plan from a retirement community to a townhome community for the proposed
Falconers Place Subdivision. TTD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. .All. municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.

The Boise Project Board of Control has no objection to the request for Preliminary Plat and
Development Agreement Modification for Falconers Place Condominiums as there are no Project
facilities located there; however it does in fact possess a valid water right.
This property lies within the New York Irrigation District and not the Nampa-Meridian
Irrigation District as noted in the application.
Locale irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
