The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced design review
application to vacate the 10 foot wide public utility, drainage and irrigation (PUDI) easement
and the 5 foot wide open space easement along the shared lot lines of Lots 22 and 23, Block 3
platted with the Alexandria Subdivision.
ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project.

Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application as it lies outside of our district boundaries.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMTD) must review drainage plans.
