Coleman Homes is in favor of the proposed rezone of the vacant lot located at the corner of
Sheryl Drive and Ten Mile. We own the property across Sheryl Drive, which is composed of the
Calvary Chapel, and the Coleman Homes corporate office (under construction). The proposed 4-
plex would be a good use of this lot.
