Its an issue. When the other portions of the site develop they may not happen in those configurations as shown
in 2007 and we arent going backwards on our numbering.. Mass confusion between agencies if we go this
route. I can't route through all agencies under one number and change when I get to county surveyor. We need
to withdraw those two applications. As a side note....achd is requiring more ROW now than in 2007 on
Franklin and it will require a complete redesign of what was phase 1 and phase 2. Not the reason for shifting
locations but its the latest info we have .

Sonya....my only issue with the conditions is the name change. We cannot proceed with the county without
calling it phase 1. If we need to submit a letter to withdraw the previous apps for final plats that might
work. Or maybe we call it Baraya west #1. Other than that I didn't see anything that is an issue. Thanks
