I will forward your request for continuance to the City Clerk. The next hearing date is January 28th at 6pm. There is
nothing further you are required to do, although I would strongly recommend you update the public hearing notice sign
on the property to reflect the new hearing date so the neighbors have up to date hearing date info.

the City Council on January 21, 2014 to the following Council meeting.

Finally, are there any conditions we must meet in conjunction with a postponement.
