Sonya,
As a result of our work with ACHD on public street sections and site access points, it is apparent that
modification of the City staff report will be required prior to presentation of the TM Creek project to the
Planning & Zoning Commission. Therefore, we request deferral of the application from next Thursday, January
16th, to the February 6, 2014 Commission hearing. That deferral will provide sufficient time for staff to assess
the changes in the site plan, and for discussion of the modified recommendations.
