CITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION N0. 14-972 BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, CAVENER, MILAM, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CI TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN APPOINTING DARREL MCROBE RTS TO SEAT 8 OF THE MERIDIAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION• AND PROV IDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Meridian Transportation Commission and of the Cit ' ' y of Meridian; WHEREAS, the Meridian Cit Code Title 2 • • Y ,Chapter 3 established the Meridian Transportation Commission, its members and terms of ' their appointments; and WHEREAS, Seat 8 of the Meridian Trans ortation C ' p ommisslon Is currently vacant; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit of Meri ' Y dean deems the appointment of Darrel McRoberts to Seat 8 of the Meridian Trans ortatio p n Commission to be in the best interest of the NOW THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED BY TH E MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That, effective Januar 14, 2014 Darrel Y McRoberts shall be appointed to Seat 8 of to Meridian City Code Section 2-3-3. the Meridian Transportation Commission which to rm shall run from through May 31, 2016, pursuant Section 2.
