For the record, we concur with the recommendations ofstaff inthe referenced memo ...that the Council approve the
"Final Order" for Bainbridge Subdivision No. 2, and that "the Order for phase 1" be revised for Council action as a
subsequent meeting. We will be in attendance at this evening's Council meeting to support those actions and to answer
questions, if any.
