I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
A. Move to:
1. Approve a Sewer Main Easement for the City of Meridian, located in a
future phase of Woodburn West Subdivision.
2. This easement provides the City of Meridian access to a public sewer main
installed to provide service for a future phase, west of Woodburn West
Subdivision No. 1.
3. Authorizethe Mayorto sign the easement, and the City Clerkto attest.
