Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application for MDA 13-023 & DUP 13-017.
Please be advised all laterals and waste ways must be protected. The Ten Mile Stub Drain
runs through the NE corner of the project with an easement of sixty feet (60' ); twenty-five feet
(25') left and thirty-five feet (35') right of centerline facing downstream. NMID supplies
water to these parcels. Please contact Ted Clinton at 353-7555 for more infornlation.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the
site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation. District (NMID) must review drainage plans.
