This Department would recommend deferral until high seasonal ground water can be determined if other considerations indicate approval. ^ 11. If restroom facilities are to be installed, then a sewage system MUST be installed to meet Idaho State Sewage Regulations. ^ 12. Please be advised NMID will require an Urban Contract for these PUIS lines as there are no main lines located in this area. This project will require the PUIS line to run from the existing line north of it. Before any PUIS lines are buried please contact Ted Clinton, PUIS Supervisor, so that they maybe inspected.
