8206365 EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of November, 1981, between Layne
of Idaho, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Idaho, the parties of the first p-art, hereinafter called the
Grantors, and the City of Meridian, State of Idaho, a municipal corporation,
the party of the second part, and hereinafter called the Grantee;
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Grantors desire to sell and convey an existing domestic
water well to the Grantee and
WHEREAS, certain property requirements must be observed for sanitary
protection of the domestic water well
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the value received,. the Grantors
do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the .Grantee, a permanent easement
for the operation and maintenance of a water well for domestic and fire
protection purposes on property located in the Southwest Quarter (SW 4),
Section 8; Township 3 North; Range 1 East BM, and more particularly described
as follows:
1. WELLSITE: A portion of lot 7, block 1, LOCUST GROVE INDUSTRIAL
PARK, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a steel pin marking the most southerly ,lot corner
common to lots 7 and 8, block 1, LOCUST GROVE INDUSTRIAL PARK,
according to the official plat thereof on file in the Ada County
Recorder's Office, Boise, Idaho, in book 41, page 3391, instrument
number 7720601, thence N. OOo 00' 48" W., along the easterly
boundary of said lot 7, 90.00 feet to a point; thence S. 89° 59'
12" W., 12.00 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence N. 00° 00' 48"W., 100.00 feet to a point;
thence S. 89° 59` 12"W., 69.00 feet to a point;
thence S. OOo 00' 48"E., 100.00 feet to a point;
thence N. 89° 59' 12"E., 69.00 feet to the REAL POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Said tract contains 6900 square feet more or less. Subject
to easements of record of in use.
2. INGRESS & EGRESS: A portion of lot 7, block 1, LOCUST GROVE
INDUSTRIAL PARK, more particularly described as follows:

THE EASEMENT HEREBY granted is for the purpose of operating,
maintaining, repairing or replacement of a domestic water well and
all equipment, pipelines, buildings or other allied facilities.
at the convenience of the Grantee, with free right of access to such
facilities at any and all times.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said easement and right-of-way unto
the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
THE GRANT(?R~9- hereby- covenant and agree that. they. will _xiQ~ place
or allow to be placed any permanent structures on the area described
for this easement which would interfere with the use of said described
easement for the purposes stated herein.
