You have .previously granted an easement to the City of Meridian, for construction of the sewer line and now that the construction is complete we need to know if your property affected by the work has been restored to a condition comparable to that existing prior to the construction. Bitterroot Construction reports to me that they mailed a 11990r with an "Easement Release" form to you on December 12, ~ however to date they have not received your response. With this letter I am enclosing another copy of the "Release Form" and requesting that you sign and return it to me if the construction area is in order.
