AGREEMENT A:~D_ RELEASE
The undersigned hereby warrants and acknowledges that he is
the owner of the real property located at the address or location
set out. below in or near Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and
acknowledges such parcel of unimproved ground has been disturbed
by excavation work or rise of vehicles or equipment in completion
of the 1990 Ten Mile Drain Sewer Line Project for the City of
Meridian, Idaho.
The undersigned hereby releases Bitterroot Construction
Company, Inc., J-U-B Engineers, Inc., and the Cit~• of Meridian,
Idaho and any employees, servants and agents of any said entities
(hereinafter collectively called "Sewer Contractors") from ari~•
claim or liability of any kind of whatsoever with respect to the
above-mentioned damage, disturbance or act of omission related
thereto; and the undersigned also acknowledges that work of
restoration has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with
the terms of tt,e easement or permit, and agrees to hold and save
harmless the Sewer Contractor from any liabili y therefore. K~
