TO 6:06 P.M NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application RZ 13-017 by JTC Inc. or Assigns for Rezone of 0.54 of an acre of land from the L -O to the TN -R zoning district for Sheryl 4-Plex located 3150 W. Sheryl Drive. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours.
