PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME CHANGE FROM 7:80 P.M. TO 6:06 P.M
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of
the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 1:00
p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application RZ
13-017 by JTC Inc. or Assigns for Rezone of 0.54 of an acre of land from the L -O to the TN -R zoning
district for Sheryl 4-Plex located 3150 W. Sheryl Drive.
A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development
Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular
business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community
Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is
also available to view on our website at www.meridiancity.org at City Clerks Department/ Development
Applications.
Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome
and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written
materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho
83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date
so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public
meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities
related to documents and/or hearings, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (208) 888-4433 at least 72
hours prior to the public meeting.
The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application. If
you have questions about the traffic that this development may generate or the impact of that traffic on

the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public
hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Thursday, December 19, 2013 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
Center Point Square, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of seventeen (17) multi-family buildable
lots and five (5) common/other lots on approximately 5.28 acres of land in an R-15 zoning district AND Conditional
Use Permit approval to construct a multi-family development consisting of 68 residential units in an R-15 zoning
district for Centre Point Square generally located west of N. Eagle Road and south of E. Ustick Road.
CS2, LLC for an Amendment to the Future Land Use Map contained in the Comprehensive Plan to
change the land use designation on approximately 7.76 acres from Low Density Resi dential to Medium Density

proposed R-15 zoning district for Summertree Subdivision generally located southwest corner of W. Cherry Lane

Brian Spangler for Conditional Use Permit to operate an indoor recreation facility in an I-L zoning district
