PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE NGTE THE MEETING TIME CHANGE FROM 7:Q0 P.M. TO 6:0~ P.IMW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application RZ 13-014 by Summer Woods, LLC for Rezone of approximately 2.64 acres from the R-4 (Medium-low density residential) zoning district to the R-15 (Medium-high density residential) zoning district AND PP 13-035 for Preliminary Plat approval for sixteen (16) single family residential lots and one (1) common lot on approximately 2.30 acres in a proposed R-15 zoning district for Summertree Subdivision generally located southwest corner of W.
