PH NoticingCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME CHANGE FROM 7:00 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application PP 13-012 by Center Point Square, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of seventeen (17) multi- family buildable lots and five (5) common/other lots on approximately 5.28 acres of land in an R-15 zoning district AND CUP 13-007 for Conditional Use Permit approval to construct amulti-family development consisting of 68 residential units in an R-15 zoning district for Centre Point Square generally located west of N. Eagle Road and south of E. Ustick Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E.
