The following application is associated with the conditional use application for the same
subject property located at the southeast corner of 10 Mile Road and Pine Avenue;
immediately north of the Fast Eddy's. This property is being proposed to have a Connections
Credit Union and a possible future commercial building located on the property.
The existing Development Agreement (DA) specifically addresses the Fast Eddy's
development located on the adjacent property along 10 Mile Road. This application to
modify the existing DA is to be compliant with the following provision of said DA: "B.
Conditions of Approval, 1. 1.2 provision 7." In summary, this provision requires that a new
concept plan depicting future development of the north portion of the site be submitted as a
modification to the approved DA. The concept plan shall be compatible with the southern
half of the site.
The existing Development Agreement information is as follows:

Per Unified Development Code (UDC) I 1 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
"The applicant shalt post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
