ANDERSON and SUSAPd T. ANDERSON, the parties of the first part, and hereinafter called the Grantors, and the City of Meridian, State of Idaho, a municipal corporation, the party of the second part, and hereinafter called the Grantee; WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the Grantors desire to provide a sanitary sewer and domestic water line right-of-way across the premises and property hereinafter particularly bounded and described; and WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer and domestic water is to be provided for through underground pipelines; and WHEREAS, it will be necessary to maintain and service said pipelines from time to time by the Grantee; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefits to be received by the Grantors, and for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the Grantors do hereby give, grant and convey unto the Grantee the right-of-way for an easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of sanitary sewer and domestic water lines over and across the following described property; A strip of land 26' wide and centered on the following described centerline situated in a portion of Futur-Ida Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 5/8" Iron Pin at the Intersection of Taylor Street and vacated Taylor Place; thence South 0° 43' 47" West 30.00 Feet to a point on the Souti~i Right-of-Way of Taylor Street; thence along said Right-of-Way South 89° 33' 18" East 2.00 Feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 0° 43' 57" West 374.00 Feet to a point; thence South 89° 33' 18" East 75.77 Feet to the POIIJT OF ENDING The easement hereby granted is for the purpose of operation of a sanitary sewer and domestic water line and allied facilities by the Grantor, together with their maintenance, repair, and replacement at the convenience of the Grantee, with the free right of access to such facilities at any and all times. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said easement and right-of-way unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
