the part y of the first Bart, and hereinafter called the
.Grantor ,and the City of Meridian, State of :Cdaho, a municipal corpora-
tioa, the party of the second part, and hereinafter called the Grantee;
WHEREAS, the Grantor desire s.to provide a sanitary sewer right-
of-way across the premises and property hereinafter particu3.arly bounded.

VA~t~ns, the sanitary sewer is to be provided for through an under-
. ground pipeline to be constructed by the Grantee; and
i?EEREAS, it will be necessary to maintain and service said pipeline
from tine to time by the Grantee; ~ ~~
HOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefits to be received by
the Grantor and for the sum of flea Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considezatioa, the Grantor does hereby give, grant and convey
onto the Grantee the right-of-way for as easement for the construction,
operation and maintenance of •a sanitary sewer Line over and across the
following described property: -
A strip of land 20 feet in width centered upon the following described line:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section I2, Township 3 North, Range 1
West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,~and running. S. 89°14'54" E. 357.66 feet
a2ong.the.Southerly boundary of the Southwest One-Quarter of said Section 12 to a
. point;
thence N, 0°32'58" E. 1466.09 feet to the TRITE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE
EASEMENT;
thence S. 88°31'52" E. 978.43 feet along a line parallel m and 10-feet
- Southerly of the Southerly right of way line of the Oregon Short Line Railroad to
the POINT OF ENDING OF THE EASEMENT on the Easterly boundary of the Southwest
One-Quarter of the Southwest One-Quarter of said Section 12;

the premises to a condition comparable to that existent prior to undertaking
such repairs and replacements. Furthermore, the Grantee also agrees to the
conditions as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part of this :-;:
