Message Please do not approve any new subdivision development near Linder, Stoddard and Victory roads
until we can improve the roads. Victory, Stoddard and Linder roads all need to be improved to
accommodate more traffic, pedestrians and bicycles. With the new church, Wal-Mart and
subdivisions already being built this area needs better roads before more people are brought in. Al:
the speed limit on Victory road is sti1145 mph, which results in people driving 50-55 down Victors
making it unsafe for all users and children walking to Bear Creek park and Roaring Springs water
park. We need completed sidewalks, bus stops for the kids and bicycle lanes. Thanks for taking tin
to read this. Remember, when the developer says planned community, their plan is to make money
