Bid Package #4 -Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Concrete in accordance with Project Plans, Specifications, Addendum No. 1, Addendum No. 2, Addendum No. 3 and the Bid Form far BP #4, Note: All required forms, information and insurances must be completed and submitted to Beniton Construction before commencement of any work including but not limited to the Request for Contract Information, MSDS, safety prob •am, a list of suppliers and subcontractors, and any additional forms as requested in the specifications. Provide submittals electronically if available, or one {1) clean copy {able to scan); same exceptions may apply. Samples and color charts must be provided separately. Contractor shall provide (2) full size copies of approved soap drawings to Beniton. Contractor is responsible to pay all applicable taxes, which are included in the contract price. Contractor is required to provide three (3) hard copies and one (l) electt•onic copy of closeout information {O&M Manuals, Warranties, etc.) and one {1) complete set of Record Drawings, as requested prior to substantial completion.
