Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Settlers Irrigation at 344-
24'1 or at AD Box 7571, Boise, ID 83707.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage Tnust be retained
on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID)
must review drainage plans.

The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced comprehensive plan
amendment, rezone and preliminary plat applications for the CS2 LLC property on the
southwest corner of Locust Grove Road and McMillan Road. ITD has the following
comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the requested applications. The project does not generate any
more trips than anticipated under the Comprehensive Plan and this site does not require
access to the State Highway System.
