application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Settlers Irrigation at 344-

All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained
on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID)
must review drainage plans.

Re: MDA-13-019 Knighthill Center Subdivision
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced development agreement
application for the Knighthill Center subdivision at the southwest corner of Linder Road and
Chinden Boulevard (US 20-26). ITD has the following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the requested change in the development agreement. The
project does not generate any more trips than anticipated under the Comprehensive
Plan.
2) The change in the current development agreement should not impact ITD's previous
comments concerning access to the State Highway System, right-of-way for US 20-26,
sidewalks, roadway lighting, signage and landscaping abutting the project site.
