Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (N1V1ID) has an easement for its Evans Drain on the
north side of these lots. The easement for the Evans Drain within this area is sixty-feet (60');
thirty-feet (30') each side of centerline.
This easement must be protected and must not be vacated.
