request a zoning change of the Hansen/Tewalt property at 655 W Victory Road
from R-8 to R-2 and R-4. The Hansen property borders the Kentucky Ridge
Estates Subdivision for approximately 2000 feet on the west and southern
boundaries. The R-2 zoning request would be for the small section along the
western most boundary line which borders R-1 zoned property. The R-4 zoning
would be for the remaining property and would be consistent with the R-4
zoning of Kentucky Ridge and the proposed annexation of the Centers property
which requested R-4 zoning.
