Dear Mr. Krigbaum: This is in response to the Relinquishment Application submitted to Idaho Power Company on October 28, 2013, regarding the possible relinquishment of a certain area of platted utility easement along the lot lines of Lots 1 & 2 Block 1, Olson. and Bush Industrial Park Subdivision, as described in Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit B (the "Utility Easement Area"). Idaho Power's review of the relinquishment xequest indicated that a similar relinquishment request was processed in 2006 for the public utility easement described within the Exhibits. At which time a Partial Release of Easement document was created and retarded. See included Partial Release of Easement, recorded as instrument 106183612. Said document states that Idaho Power releases all interest within the described public utility easement. Idaho Power has no other comment beyond this document.
