Applicant Response to Staff ReportMachelle Hill From: Scott Stanfield <sstanfield@mseng.us> Sent: Thursday, November 21, 2013 2:18 PM To: Bill Parsons Cc: Jaycee Holman; Machelle Hill Subject: RE: Knighthill Center staff report for 11/21/13 P/Z MTG Bill, Renny called a minute ago. I'm not sure if he responded to you yet. Here's our responses: • We will request acceptance of the 20' buffer (vs 25') with increased numbers of conifers (the neighbors prefer confers). I believe the original plan was approved with 20'. Let me know if I am incorrect. • Are the maximum building s.f. limits necessary? Can we simply "generally comply with the concept plan"?. Renny prefers to keep the sizes flexible. Perhaps a maximum total footage? No additional concerns.
