On behalf of Providence Properties, LLC, we have reviewed the staff report received November 15, 2013, for the
project referenced above.
We offer no objections to the site-specific conditions of approval and associated comments, but wish to clarify
that the project is intended to be completed in one (1) phase. The church lot will be included with the first and
only phase, and the required landscape buffer along the church lot will be shown on the final plat as required.
