I left a voicemail message for you yesterday, noting concerns for the staff report and proposed conditions of
approval. Several of those concerns are significant and need, at the very least, discussion and
clarification. Therefore, we ask that consideration of the TM Creek applications be deferred from this
Thursday's Planning and Zoning Commission agenda to the next available hearing date. That will provide time
for a meeting with staff and a detailed response with proposed condition modifications.
