ITD has the following comments: 1) ITD has no objection to the requested application. The project does not generate any more trips than anticipated under the Comprehensive Plan. 2) The site plan shows an access to the State Highway System in the location approved by ITD under Permit Number 3-13-252. No additional access to US 20-26 is reviewed or approved with this application. 3) ITD currently maintains sufficient right-of--way for US 20-26 abutting the project site. No additional right-of--way is need. 4) ITD does not normally support the construction of sidewalk, landscaping or roadway lighting within the corridor unless required by the City of Meridian. Improvements within the ITD right-of--way should be coordinated with ITD's Development Services staff.
